TR Environment Week
27th April 2023
From April 27 th to May 4th is TR Environment Week and there will be many exciting events on the program. TR is participating in the project Green steps for government institutions and reached the fifth and last green step last year.
The environment week started with a green day where there is a competition for the greenest stage and staff were encouraged to show up dressed in green. A swap market will be opened for clothes and utility items. The employee association offers condition checks on bicycles at Dr. BÆK and much more fun will be on the program, such as picking around Hlíðasmára 11 and more.
By participating in Green Steps, organizations are given the opportunity to implement strong environmental work in a systematic way under the guidance of the Environmental Agency's experts. In this way, organizations can reduce the negative environmental impact of their activities and strengthen the environmental awareness of staff.
