Service Survey TR 2024

Today, a group of TR customers will be able to send a service survey via email, where their experience of TR services is being checked.
This is a short web survey but a some of cusomers who do not have email registed with TR will also be called. By exploring the customer experience of our service we can improve our service even further. The survey includes questions about the web, telephone answering, the website of the TR and more. The survey is in Icelandic, English and Polish but it is conducted by Maskína.
The survey will be open for two weeks and we hope that customers who receive the survey will take time to respond, which is very important for us to get the most reliable information to work with on our service improvements.
