This is a short web survey, but a group of customers will also be called. By checking the customer’s experience of our service, we can improve our service even further. The survey includes questions about the web, telephone response, TR’s My Pages and more. The survey is in Icelandic, English and Polish, but it is conducted by Maskína.

The survey will be open for two weeks and we hope that customers who receive the survey will take time to respond, which is very important for us to get the most reliable information to work with on our service improvements.
