One-off payment paid before the weekend

Yesterday, Althingi passed a bill for a one-off payment to individuals who have received a disability pension, partial disability pension, old-age pension, or medical- and rehabilitation allowance from TR in 2025.
The Social Insurance Administration is making every effort to ensure that the lump-sum payment reaches those who are entitled to it before the weekend.
