At TR, women make up 72% of the staff, and it is expected that the majority will stop working on this day. We will be open from 10:00 to 15:00 as usual, but you can expect delays on the phone and at our service centre.

As is known, numerous organisations for feminists, women, wage earners, disabled people, and queer people are behind the event on 24 October. The organisations encourage women and non-binary people to stop their paid and unpaid work and participate in organised events. TR staff will be accommodated as much as possible for the announced women's strike, and therefore, our service will be operating with minimal staffing. In accordance with recommendations from the Office of Wages and Human Resources at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, there will be no deduction from the salaries of staff who participate in the women's strike.
