Invitation to participate in a survey on behalf of ÖBÍ

Yesterday, around 19,300 individuals who were entitled to a disability pension or new medical- and rehabilitation allowance were invited to take part in a survey on housing for disabled people, which is being conducted by the Social Science Research Institute of the University of Iceland for the Icelandic Disability Alliance.
TR is supporting this project by sending out invitations to participate in the survey, allowing our clients to provide informed consent for their participation. The survey and data processing will be carried out by the Social Science Research Institute.
Further information about the research can be found on the ÖBÍ website. A similar study was last conducted in 2022.
All data will be handled in accordance with the Act on Data Protection and the Processing of Personal Data (Act No. 90/2018).
TR believes it is important to improve knowledge of the circumstances of individuals who receive an allowance from TR and encourages everyone who has received an invitation to participate in the study to do so.
