The Register of Annual Accounts releases an annual memo of supervisory priorities for 2026 in relation to financial statements for each financial year. Its purpose is to help companies prepare financial statements that comply with Icelandic accounting legislation, regulations and accounting standards while promoting transparency and comparability.
