The organisational structure of Iceland Revenue and Customs consists of five core divisions:

• Department of Customer Service

• Department of Tax Assessment

• Department of Tax Control and Investigations

• Department of Collection and Registers

• Department of Customs Enforcement

The support divisions are Human Resources and Finance, Information Technology, and the Office of the Director of Internal Revenue.
