Last week, the staff of SHH received a visit from WASLI, the universal organisation for sign language interpreters. Arunas Brazinkas, advisor to the Deaf Interpreter and a member of the WASLI board, introduced WASLI's activities with international notation and Júlía G. Hreinsdóttir interpreted into Icelandic Sign Language. We thank Arunas for his visit and for educating us about these great organizations that support interpreters around the world towards professionalism and better education.
