The Communication Centre is a health-promoting workplace and follows the criteria of the Directorate of Health in this regard (see here: ).
Last week, the Communication Centre held a wellness week, where special attention was paid to the health of employees by various means under the direction of a group on health promotion at the Centre. In the middle of the week, the director of the Communication Centre called employees to a meeting where the well-being in the workplace was discussed from different perspectives. The meeting included a workshop in professional communication in the workplace and a first aid course, as well as education on ways to improve mental and physical health. The well-being of employees and satisfaction in the workplace results in improved service to the clients of the Centre.
