Annual reports
At any given time, approximately one hundred and twenty court cases are generally pursued, and a similar number of claims for compensation and other business are pursued.
In accordance with the Regulation on the Annual Report of the State Counsellor issued by the Prime Minister on 22 January 2008, the Office of the State Counsellor shall annually send the Minister a report providing an overview of the main aspects of the functioning of the Office. This Regulation was issued on the basis of Article 4 of the Act on State Lawyers, No. 51/1985, as amended.
