According to an amendment to Regulation No. 1495/2025 from the Ministry of Health, as of 1 September 2026, special arrival fees will be introduced for services in the field of training, including physiotherapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy. The special arrival fee is added on top of the payment according to the health service's co-payment system. The fee is outside the discount base and therefore does not decrease even if the number of appointments or treatment appointments increases.

The same arrival fee applies to shorter treatments, group sessions, distance training and general treatments. Individuals who receive a 100% subsidy for home physiotherapy do not pay a special arrival fee. Children do not pay a special arrival fee. After reaching the age of 67, all elderly people are considered to be disabled, including those who were previously disabled. Individuals who are on a rehabilitation pension pay the same as the disabled. In the case of accidents that are approved by the Health Insurance, the individual does not pay an arrival fee.

Tariff

The special arrival fee appears as a special fee item on the invoice. In speech therapy and occupational therapy, it is no. 80 and in physiotherapy MU00000. However, the combined payment of an individual according to the co-payment system and the special arrival fee can never be higher than the full fee according to the current price list.
