From 24 July, masks will be mandatory in all patient communications in all wards of HSU in Selfoss and in the hospital ward in the Westman Islands. All clients, visiting guests and other outside parties are obliged to wear a mask.

Patients with respiratory symptoms must wear a mask in all HSU facilities.

We also remind you of the importance of hand sanitation, which is the simplest and most effective way to break the pathways of infection.

These measures will be reviewed on 12 August.
