HSN is continuing its journey in Green steps and now all establishments have taken the second of five steps.

In order to achieve this, the institute has delivered Green Accounting and established an environmental and climate policy, as well as an action plan with goals for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The institute has also been increasing the proportion of cars that run on renewable energy sources. The aim is to achieve the third step later in the year.

Green Steps' actions are mainly aimed at ordinary office operations and it is therefore extremely pleasing for the organisation and staff to achieve this step.

The project is funded by the Ministry of the Environment, Energy and Climate and is overseen by the Environment Agency.
