New websites are also being developed for the Primary Health Care of the Capital Area and Landspitali - University Hospital of Iceland (LSH).

A total of 62 public entity websites are now part of Ísland.is. The main advantages for public entities are access to shared tools, an operating environment, and expertise. The content of the websites is accessible to all Ísland.is users through search and navigation systems and is set up in accordance with design and content strategies that ensure a good and consistent user experience.
