Submit a request to the Court on Reopening of cases

• All documents must be submitted to the Court of Reopening of cases both electronically and in paper form.

• An electronic copy must be sent via the following medium.

• The Court of Reception does not receive documents by e-mail.

• Only one paper copy must be submitted to the Court on Reopening of cases.

Data received

The request is submitted when the documents have been sent both electronically and on paper.

The submission and other documents received after the hearing of a case are considered received when the Court receives an electronic copy. A receipt downloaded from the mediator is equivalent to a receipt stamp.
