Increasing the number of properties in the Property Register

• When increasing the number of properties in an apartment building, adding an apartment in your own house, or a property on your own land plot, you need to apply for a new property id from the planning and building office at the appropriate municipality

• A registration fee must be paid for each new property id created, according to the HMS fee schedule. ISK 35,200 for each new property id.

• Payments are only accepted by credit card. For other payment methods, please contact us with the relevant information via email esk@hms.is.

Cost

35.200 ISK for each new property number.
