Social Insurance Administration: Settlement and collection

I received a letter about tax changes from RSK due to changes in rights at TR, is that normal?

A recalculation of rights often involves a change to the rights for the year in question and therefore affects the income tax base, either increasing or decreasing it. After a recalculation has been carried out, TR will notify RSK of the change with a new payslip, and RSK must then notify clients of the change.

The Social Insurance Administration handles enquiries regarding changed rights with the administration and PAYE deductions, but RSK handles enquiries about changed assessments, if applicable.
