Social Insurance Administration: Settlement and collection

I received a letter about tax changes from RSK due to changes in pension rights at TR, is that normal?

Recalculating pension rights often involves a change in the rights of the year in question and therefore affects the income tax base upwards or downwards. After recalculation has been made, TR communicates the change to RSK with a new wage label and RSK must inform the pensioners of the change.

The insurance institution receives requests for changed rights from the institution and deductions for cash payments, while RSK receives requests for a modified margin if there is one.
