Applications are denied if the applicant does not meet the conditions. For example, if you have not completed sickness benefits from your employer and from a union health insurance fund, have not lived in Iceland continuously for the last 12 months, are not in rehabilitation that is addressing a comprehensive problem that led to incapacity for work.
