No, if you have been approved for a rehabilitation period and have a rehabilitation plan that is valid until September 2025 or longer, you are entitled to sickness and rehabilitation payments in the new system for the duration of that rehabilitation plan.

To continue receiving payments, the professional overseeing your rehabilitation needs to submit a new rehabilitation plan.
