How many credits can I take in my studies while receiving sickness and rehabilitation benefits?
It is permitted to study while receiving sickness and rehabilitation benefits at the upper secondary school level for a maximum of 12 credits or at the university level for a maximum of 12 credits per semester. It is possible to assess cases individually if a person is enrolled in more extensive studies at the upper secondary or university level, up to a maximum of 20 credits.
TR is authorized to assess the number of credits on a case-by-case basis when individuals have a confirmed disability diagnosis and are in a special education program or a vocational program.
