Yes, you can register a foreign bank account on My pages, click Your profile, then click on Your information and finally Bank details, there is a button Change account no, after clicking that you must select Bank account: Foreign and fill in the information.

Payments to foreign accounts can take 3-4 working days to arrive and the bank charges a fee for them.
