You start by obtaining a ruling from the district commissioner regarding child support. A copy of the ruling must be submitted to TR (Social Insurance Administration) along with an application for child support, which is applied for on TR's My Pages. There, you select applications and under search by category, you check the box for family, and under that you will find child support and click on apply.
