Why can't Iceland Health help me find a hospital abroad?

Iceland Health is involved in the insurance rights of health insured persons, but not in the medical services as such, nor may it be recommended for one hospital over another.

I am studying in the Nordic countries. I am now at home on holiday and I am not covered by health insurance. What do I need to do?
