Unfortunately, it is not possible to preview unconfirmed certificates as the certificate comes directly from the EU system.

That is, the certificate will not be available in the Directorate of Fisheries system until it has been verified, because when users have confirmed the registered information the data is sent to the EU system which then fills the information in the form fields of the certificate and sends the certificate bac to the Directorates system.
