Power of attorney may grant individuals access to company data.

The power of attorney can provide access as follows:

• The power of attorney logs in with their electronic ID.

• Switches to the companies My pages by selecting their name in the right-hand upper corner and clicking on "change user".

• Selects Access control in the table of contents on the left side.

• The ID number of the individual to be granted access is entered.

• Then you must select what that individual gets access to, e.g. Finance, digital mailbox etc.

• Finally, you must select the expiration date of the access and save it.
