Employers must report all occupational accidents that result in an employee being unable to work for one day or more beyond the day the accident occurred to the AOSH. Occupational accidents must be reported within seven days from the accident. This applies even if the final consequences are not known. The report can be updated if further consequences become apparent. The injured person can download the accident report from My Pages on island.is
