The AOSH is not permitted to provide employers with copies of occupational accident reports once they have been submitted to the Administration, as they contain sensitive personal information.The injured person receives a copy of the report, and the employer may request a copy from them. The employer can also download a copy of the report when submitting it.

Please note that employers are required to keep a record of all accidents and incidents that occur in the workplace.
