Tube feeding
Health insurance shall pay anything in excess of the following amounts for each monthly ration:
0-5 years old: 9,000 ISK
6-9 years old: 17,900 krónur
10-12 years old: 26,900 krónur
13-17 years old: 35,900 kronur
18 years and older: 44,900 krónur
If feeding through a hose is only part of the energy requirement, the amount shall be reduced proportionally.
Icepharma has an agreement with Icepharma for the purchase of tube feed, tube feeding accessories and leasing of pumps (distributor: Parlogis, Crochet Neck 14)
Pumps are owned by Icepharma and must be returned there after use
