For exemptions from the length, width and height of exchangeable goods where such carriage is recommended by obvious practical reasons
The carriage of passengers on short-distance routes, where necessary in particular in order to ensure the safety of passengers, provided that road safety is not impaired or that there is an increased risk of damage to the road infrastructure

Total cargo height is more than 4,20 meters
Total width of cargo is more than 2,55 meters
Car length is more than 12 meters
