Temporary license as a cadastral surveyor
Applications are now closed.
Cadastral surveyors measure property signs, make sign descriptions and register signs in the property register.
Cadastral surveyors must have attended a course and passed an exam to be granted a license to work as a cadastral surveyor.
The 5-year licensing process has not begun. It is therefore possible to apply for a temporary license as a cadastral surveyor from HMS if certain conditions are met. A course (online distance learning) will run this summer and into the autumn for those who receive a temporary license.
A provisional license must be applied for by October 1, 2024.
A provisional license is valid until the licensee has attended a course and received a license, but not longer than until June 1, 2025.
