Application for benefit from patient insurance - incidents in 2025 and later

If the incident is considered to be liable to compensation, the following categories of compensation are considered:

• Expected costs of the incident

• Victims' compensation

  - A sum is paid for each day from the date of the damage until the health is stable, the sum is higher for days when the applicant is bedridden

• Compensation for temporary loss of employment - Pays for the period from the date of loss until the state of health is stable or the ability to resume work, less other compensation in case of illness and accidental casualties.

• Permanent loss - Permanent loss is assessed in stages and is based on the health of the victim when it has become stable. Compensation depends on the age of the victim on the day of the loss.

• Permanent disability - The amount of these is based on the applicant's age, together with his annual compensation for damages and percentage of disability
