Advice is individualized and can range from a view of the money situation to guidance on debt resolution or payment problems.
The consultant is confidential and assists you at your request and with your permission. You are an active participant in the process.
The first conversation
Your consultant will contact you by phone.
We will discuss:
your situation, so we understand the problem
your expectations for the application
After the first consultation, you decide in consultation with your consultant what the next steps are.
The consultant may
to help you get a clearer picture of your finances
see if there are compensation or rights you can apply for
help you negotiate with the claimant
to tell you about other resources available to you
The consultant cannot
assistance in applying for a loan
to give guidance on where to apply for refinancing and on what terms
assisted with tax returns
