A 100% job is available for occupational therapists who will work as consultants at Sjónstöðin - service and knowledge center for the blind, visually impaired and individuals with integrated vision and hearing impairment.

The 15th of October is the Day of the White Star; the Day of Confrontation and Awareness for the Blind and Visually Impaired. The Day is international and its purpose is to raise awareness of the issues of the blind and visually impaired, especially accessibility and the barriers to access that prevent them from living independently and being socially active.
