The electronic medication prescribing and documentation system, Therapy, has now been launched in the Emergency Department of Akureyri Hospital (BMT). Its purpose is to improve patient medication safety and streamline medication documentation so that medicines prescribed in Therapy follow the patient, regardless of which department they are in.
