The supervisor is a person who is given by the child protection services primarily to help parents to perform their custody and parenting duties as best suits the best interests and needs of the child according to Article 24(d) of the Child Protection Act.
Application process
Applicant Applies for Authorisation to GEV and Returns Supporting Documents
GEV checks if the necessary information and data is included in the application
A request for comment is sent to the child protection services in the applicant’s home district.
GEV takes a decision on the issue of a permit and informs the applicant
Application supporting documents
Consent for the obtaining of criminal records from all members of the household aged 15 or older. The form must be printed and filled in
A medical certificate from a general practitioner certifying the physical and mental health of the applicant
