For grant recipients
Those who receive a grant must submit reports on the progress of the project as follows (see special rules for grant categories below, if applicable).
Reports are submitted online through the Rannís portal.
A progress report must be submitted six months from the beginning of the project year, describing the progress of the project.
At the end of the project year, an annual report is submitted, which reviews the main points concerning the project. The annual report is also an application for support if the initial application was for support for more than one year.
If the project year is the final year of the project, submit a final report. (See information on the final report for Fræ/Thróunarfræ seed grants below).
The annual and final reports shall include the accounting for the work and expenses, together with the latest annual accounting report of the company when appropriate.
Seed grants (Fræ/Thróunarfræ)
A final report must be submitted no later than 12 months after the allocation.
Patent grant
Reporting is not required in this subsidy category.
