The National planning policy is prepared by the ministry of planning in accordance with planning law no. 123/2010 and law no. 30/2023 on policies and action plans in the areas of housing and planning, transport and regional affairs. National planning policy is carried out for 15 years at a time and an action plan for five years. Minister of planning matter should submit a parliamentary resolution within two years from government election.
