Accounting services
The Financial Accounting Service is available for the Treasury, ministries and government agencies. The service is governed by contracts stating what accounting services, requirements and obligations of the parties are.
Financial Management Authority's role
The main tasks that the Financial Management Authority performs for government entities in accounting services are:
protocol of accounts and their payment procedure
billing and collection services
booking of income and deposits
travel settlement booking and payment of per diem payments
the booking of cash registers and assistance with the reconciliation of bank accounts
booking of procurement cards and credit cards
assistance with reconciliation of trading accounts
protocoling various transfers, correction requests, payment orders and more
professional advice and services, including those concerning accounting laws and regulations
State entities role
State entities in accounting services are responsible for:
its financial assets
approval of accounts
submission of accounting documents to the Financial Supervisory Authority
Communication channels
