The Science Day of the Akureyri Hospital (SAk) and the University of Akureyri's Institute of Health Sciences (HHA) will take place on Thursday, September 19.

The theme of the day is: The prerequisites for good health care are research and development work together with the possibility to make use of new knowledge.

The preparation and implementation of the Science Day is in the hands of the Department of Education and Science and the Science Council of SAk.
