Electronic monitoring
Electronic monitoring is carried out in different locations within the SAk universe, as well as the hospital grounds.
Electronic monitoring is carried out throughout the day. All electronic recordings are silent.
Two types of electronic monitoring:
Streaming – Television recordings
Television footage shows video in real time, i.e. no video is stored.
Television footage is only visible to the shifted employee/employees.
Other recordings
In the case of other recordings, they are stored for up to 30 days.
Access to archived image material is only available to a small number of employees of SAk.
There must be a strong reason for reviewing electronic recordings, for example, a suspicion that a criminal act has taken place.
Labeling
Because electronic recordings are performed, there are markings on the walls with QR codes that can be scanned and thus accessed to the electronic monitoring information page.
Right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority
