Benjamín Örn Davíðsson and Valdimar Reynisson, both experienced foresters, will be leading a course on forest thinning. This program, organized by the Continuous Education Centre of LbhÍ, is scheduled from April 10 to 12. The theoretical component will be conducted in Hvanneyri, while practical instruction will take place at the Fossá Forestry Association's forestry area in Hvalfjörður.

Both Mr. Davíðsson and Mr. Reynisson possess extensive experience in thinning and tree felling. This course is designed to accommodate individuals at various skill levels, from novices to those with more advanced chainsaw handling proficiency who wish to enhance their expertise in thinning and tree felling techniques.
