Symposium: 40 years since Chernobyl

The 26th of April will mark 40 years since the nuclear accident at Chernobyl. For this reason, the Icelandic Radiation Safety Authority and the radiography department at the University of Iceland will hold a symposium on the impact of the radiological accident, the advancements in radiation safety, and the radiological emergency preparedness in Iceland.

The symposium will be held on April 27th.
The program starts at 4:30 PM and ends at 7 PM.
Coffee and light refreshments are available from 4 PM.
