Service Centre
The telephone service of the Iceland Health is now in a modified format. The activities of the Service Centre have been strengthened in such a way that it handles the requests that are received. If a contact is needed with specialists of professional units, the requests are directed there by e-mail. With this change, the objective of the Iceland Health is to increase the service level of the institution and reduce waiting times.
