Settlement of previous credits

In recent years, credits have accumulated in Iceland Health systems that could not be paid out, partly because a bank account was missing or the registered account was no longer valid.

Work is currently underway to process these credits from the payment participation system. Payments will be deposited into the bank account registered with the Treasury. We would like to point out that it is possible to update the account number on My Pages under My Settings.

It should be noted that in certain cases there may be a discrepancy between the account number appearing on the payment receipt and the account to which the payment was made, as updates to the receipt system may have occurred after the issuance of the receipt.
