HVE supports the gender equality campaign of women and non-binary people, who make up 87% of the organization's employees.

Women and non-binary people are absolutely indispensable in health care, and therefore many had to be on duty yesterday to ensure the necessary services.

Faculty/local authorities were asked to make an effort to create a situation where most women and women were to reach a meeting called in solidarity about the area and seek ways that staff can otherwise demonstrate solidarity with the demands of the day.
