These are GE's Carescape Canvas heart monitor, Vitascan cVue balloon scanner for the emergency department and two hospital beds for the women's department. The total value of the donations is over ISK 5m.

Chairman of the Club Jón S. Svavarsson presented a gift certificate, which was received by Chief of the Incident Division Fritz H. Berndsen, Head of the Incident Division Sigrún Guðný Pétursdóttir and Director of Nursing Hulda Gestsdóttir, who then gave a short presentation on how these tools are used in the operation. The President thanked the President for this gift and the unique support the Lions Club has given the hospital with annual gifts over the last decade. Finally, a dinner was served, which was enchanted by Bjarni, Íris and Karítas.
