Patients with booked appointments at the health center, day unit, radiology, laboratory, or psychosocial services will receive an SMS reminder of their appointment.

The day after the visit, another SMS will be sent to the same phone number with a link to the service survey.

If a phone number is not registered, patients can provide it at the reception desk upon arrival.

Patients who receive more than one service on the same day will receive one SMS for each service with a separate survey link.

This service survey also applies to patients attending the health centers in Vogar and Suðurnesjabær.
