HSS ensures the secure receipt of sensitive data by inviting clients and partners to deliver data through HSS's data portal.

In order to be able to use the data portal, you must have valid electronic ID on your phone and log in to the system.

When the login is complete, you must upload documents, select a recipient at HSS and send.

Healthcare data and information may only be provided upon written request from the patient or his/her representative and shall not be provided without presentation of personal identification. Agents shall present a written power of attorney from the patient with the signature of two witnesses.
