Estate guardianship certificates

Certificate that the estate of an individual or company is not subject to bankruptcy proceedings.

Request for a certificate of authority to manage an estate

In cases where the estate of an individual or company is subject to bankruptcy proceedings or further information on a certificate is required. Also if the applicant does not have a power of attorney for the company. Issued by the district court where the person concerned is legally domiciled.
